Pay 50% (AUD 750) to start and 50% (AUD 750) before launch, before agreed extras. Optional website care is AUD 129/month and AI Receptionist + website chat is AUD 299/month, or AUD 428/month for both. Standard AI setup is included when AI is selected with this introductory website offer; standalone AI setup is quoted separately. If both monthly services activate at launch, the amount due then is AUD 1,178: AUD 750 build balance plus AUD 428 for the first service month. Monthly services start at their activation dates. Written proposals are valid for 30 days from issue. Domain renewals and paid software/CMS subscriptions are separate; any other work is quoted and agreed before proceeding.

How much does a small business website cost?
The introductory website offer is AUD 1,500 for 7-10 agreed pages. This includes custom design, copywriting, enquiry forms and basic SEO, GEO and AEO setup. The deposit and final build balance are AUD 750 each before extras. Website care and AI are optional monthly services.
How long will my website take to build?
Allow approximately 3-5 weeks after the deposit and completed business-details form. Some stages overlap; feedback delays and additional scope can move the launch date. We agree on the actual page list and dates at kickoff.
Does web design include SEO, GEO and AEO?
Every build includes technical and on-page SEO foundations, clear service information, direct answers to common questions and appropriate structured data. These also help search and AI systems understand the content. Ongoing SEO campaigns are separate, and rankings or AI citations cannot be guaranteed.
Can I update the website myself?
Optional TinaCMS setup is AUD 399 once for agreed text/image fields on five existing pages, editor access, publishing tests and a 30-minute handover. Paid CMS subscriptions are separate. Website care can also handle small content edits for you.
Will you keep my old website URLs?
We review existing URLs and prepare redirects where addresses change. This helps visitors and search engines find the replacement pages, although a rebuild can still cause temporary changes in rankings.
What does the website cost with both optional services?
The website is AUD 1,500 once. Website care is AUD 129/month and AI Receptionist + website chat is AUD 299/month, totalling AUD 428/month. Standard AI setup is included with this introductory website offer. If both services activate at launch, you pay AUD 750 to start and AUD 1,178 at launch, then AUD 428/month before AI overages or agreed extras.
